Design
Our in-house design team offers a comprehensive design package including conceptual design options, sketches, bid sets, and complete permit documents for construction. Collaboration and continuous communication throughout the design process allows fine tuning to the design, resulting in a well-planned and thoughtful project.
Permitting
After permit drawings are complete, we will acquire all necessary permit approvals for construction to begin. Typically includes Zoning, Health Department (septic systems), and Building Department permits. Our team is well versed with these requirements, making the permitting process a seamless transition to construction.
Selections
Our interior design team works closely with you to understand your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and functional needs. Selections are presented through personalized Mood Boards, allowing you to visualize materials and finishes together. Every suggested selection is thoughtfully curated, readily available and in budget. 3D rendering services are available upon request, helping you see your design come to life before construction begins.
Custom Cabinetry
Riverside Custom Cabinetry is a dedicated team of craftsmen who blend old-world skills with modern techniques. We are a fully custom wood-shop specializing in kitchen cabinets, bars, built-ins and tables. As a division of Michaelson Homes, we take pride in our work adorning the beautiful spaces they create.
Construction
Once the design and permit phases are complete, we provide comprehensive project management and support throughout the construction process. Project details are tracked and available on our online project manager software. We value quality and accountability — which is why we employ our own project managers, electricians, tile setters, and trim carpenters, and work with carefully selected subcontractors who uphold our high standards.
