Our Team

With 25 years of contracting experience and 100's of projects completed, Marc has a reputation for exceptional quality and accountability. Marc has created a team of exceptional professionals and is driven to constantly improve the building process. On a personal level, Marc is a 22 year veteran of the fire service and loves hockey, traveling, and performing as a singer and
songwriter.

Robby joined the Michaelson Team as co-founder in 2003. He was a CPA in the audit group at Deloitte (4 years), VP & Controller of E.W. Scripps Company (20 years), and CFO of Barefoot (advertising agency, 13 years). Of course he handles everything financial, but he also started our cabinet shop twenty-plus years ago.

Francesca is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, with a degree in Architecture. She has been with Michaelson Homes since 2015 and is instrumental in creating that "Michaelson Homes Look". She is directly responsible for the design of our award winning homes. Additionally, Francesca leads our Interior Design and Selections teams. Francesca has been described as an intense listener and thorough note taker. Outside of work, she is a dedicated hockey mom and constant soccer chauffeur.

Kristin has been with Michaelson Homes since 2013 and is usually the first person you'll communicate with when reaching out to us. Kristin manages our pre-production process, permitting, and orders all of our selections.

Evan has worked at Riverside Custom Cabinetry since 2018 and has managed the cabinet shop since October of 2021. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Industrial Design, then went on to study woodworking at Red Rocks College in Colorado. Evan enjoys grilling, going to see live music and hanging with his dogs, Penny & Pepper.

Jason has over 25 year of experience in the industry and has worked at Michaelson Homes since 2021. Jason manages all the project managers in addition to managing his own projects. Jason was previously an independent contractor and owned his own business. In his free time he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and four children.

Joe has been with Michaelson Homes since 2018 and has over 20 years experience in the industry. Joe coordinates all of our specialists in the field in addition to managing his own projects. Outside of work Joe is a dedicated cheer, football and lacrosse dad.
