As-Built Drawings
- Site visit to measure and photograph existing conditions
- As-built drawings are created and used as the foundation for design work
- Existing floor plans can be used if available
Schematic Design
- Multiple plan options presented, varying in scope and involvement
- Preferred elements from each plan can be combined to create one “final” plan
- In-house Preliminary Pricing for construction
Design Development
- Additional notes & dimensions added to the plans
- Exterior & interior elevations created, as required
- On-site walk-through with Michaelson Homes team for Round 2 Pricing
Interior Design
- O-site meeting with our interior designer to see the existing space, understand
the desired aesthetic and review inspiration images - Mood boards are presented for each room, illustrating suggested selections for
every required element - Careful coordination with our in-house estimators ensures that all suggested
selections are within the allowance budget and are readily available products
Construction Documents
- Final drawings created for permitting & construction
- Fixture & finish selections with the Interior Design Team
- Round 3 Contract Estimate based on final permit set & selections
