Riverside Custom Cabinetry (visit website)
Operating out of our Historic Milford workshop, Riverside carpenters handcraft solid wood cabinets and furniture pieces that bring out the design aesthetic of each homeowner. Our designer works with the client to create a 3D rendering of the desired piece and and then select every detail, from the finish down to the latch. The bulk of Riverside's work centers on cabinets and vanities for Michaelson Homes building projects, but also regularly includes furniture pieces such as media consoles, islands, and anything our clients can dream up.

Michaelson Small Projects Group
The Small Projects Group was formed to give homeowners the same level of detail and attention they expect from Michaelson Homes, just on a smaller scale, when a full house or large renovation project is not needed. Led by one of our client favorites, Ricky Laudermilk, the Small Projects Group will design and complete individual room renovations, defined carpentry projects or even specific repairs. Michaelson Homes is proud to provide the same level of perfectionist attention to detail and creativity our clients expect through the Small Projects Group.

Michaelson Home Preservation Program
The Home Preservation Program is a new service for 2010 offered to both existing and new clients. The offering provides both full home and partial home warranty coverage, giving clients one source to call for any home repair needs, from carpentry work to plumbing, HVAC or appliances. Existing clients benefit from the intimate knowledge that their original Michaelson Homes team has of their home, such as specifics on wiring, duct-work and plumbing. New clients will go through a process of mapping out their coverage areas first so that all information is on-hand when services are needed.
